πŸ€‘ What the Gospel Is NOT – Exposing the Lies

Not every message about Jesus is the real Gospel.

Satan doesn’t mind if you go to church — as long as you never hear the truth that saves.

That’s why we need to clear up what the Gospel is NOT.

❌ The Gospel is NOT:

1. A Self-Help Program

Jesus didn’t die to give you “your best life now.”

He died to save you from hell and make you holy.

“Whoever wants to be My disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow Me.” – Luke 9:23

2. A Guarantee of Health, Wealth, and Blessings

The Prosperity Gospel is a lie.

Following Jesus doesn’t mean you’ll always be rich, healed, or happy.

It means you’ll be saved, and that’s better.

“In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” – John 16:33

3. A Religious Label

You can’t inherit salvation.

Being born into a Christian family or attending church doesn’t save you.

“Unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” – John 3:3

4. A License to Keep Sinning

Grace is not permission to live however you want.

Real faith produces real change.

“Shall we go on sinning so that grace may increase? By no means!” – Romans 6:1–2

5. Just Believing Jesus Exists

Even demons believe He exists — and they tremble.

Saving faith is surrender, not just agreement.

“Faith without works is dead.” – James 2:17

✅ The Gospel IS:

Jesus Christ — crucified for your sins, risen from the dead, offering forgiveness and eternal life to all who repent and believe.

“Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out.” – Acts 3:19

Don’t settle for a sugarcoated gospel.

Don’t settle for half-truths that feel good but leave you lost.

You need the real Jesus.

The real Gospel.

The real cross.

Truth saves. Lies don’t.

🎬 K-Pop Demon Hunters Is Not Christian Content — Let’s Be Clear

Last night, I sat through K-Pop Demon Hunters. Not by choice—someone else wanted to watch it. But afterward, I felt the need to speak up. Because there’s been some confusion about this movie being “Christian” or “spiritual” in a good way. Let me be clear: This is not biblical. This is not Christian. This is not godly entertainment. πŸ’₯ It Uses Demons, But Not the Bible Yes, the movie talks about fighting demons. But that doesn’t make it Christian. There’s no mention of Jesus. No gospel message. No biblical authority. No power of the Holy Spirit. Just flashy K-pop stars battling evil with glowing weapons and good vibes. That’s not spiritual warfare. That’s fantasy dressed in spiritual language. “For Satan disguises himself as an angel of light.” —2 Corinthians 11:14 ❌ False Light, False Power The movie gives the impression that we can fight darkness with: Friendship Positivity Inner strength A good team But the Bible says the only way to d...

🍰 Feeding My Flesh, Starving My Soul

There’s a line that hit me recently: “Feeding my flesh, starving my soul.” It’s short, but it says everything. The Battle Within The Bible tells us that the flesh and the Spirit are at war with each other (Galatians 5:16–17). Every day, we make choices—what we watch, listen to, say, and do. Each choice either feeds our flesh or feeds our soul. When we give in to sin, distractions, or comfort above Christ, we are feeding our flesh. The scary part? The more we feed it, the hungrier it gets. Meanwhile, our soul starves. Our prayers feel empty, Scripture feels distant, and joy starts slipping away. What We Feed Will Grow Romans 8:6 says, “For to set the mind on the flesh is death, but to set the mind on the Spirit is life and peace.” That’s the truth. If we keep feeding our flesh, we’ll find ourselves restless, unfulfilled, and far from God. But when we feed our soul—through prayer, worship, reading the Word, and obeying Jesus—we grow stronger in Him. The Spirit c...

♥️ What Real Love Looks Like

Love is a word we hear every day—sung in songs, spoken in vows, printed on cards—but rarely do we stop to ask: What is real love? The World’s Version vs. God’s Version The world defines love as a feeling—fleeting, emotional, often self-centered. But the Bible flips that on its head. Love, according to God, is not just about how we feel. It’s about how we choose to act. It’s selfless. It’s sacrificial. It’s holy. “Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude.” —1 Corinthians 13:4-5 (ESV) That kind of love doesn’t come naturally. It comes supernaturally. The kind of love that forgives the unforgivable, serves without expecting anything back, and lays down its life for others—that’s the love God poured out on the cross. Jesus: The Perfect Picture of Love The greatest example of love the world has ever known is Jesus Christ. He didn’t wait for us to be perfect before loving us. “But God shows his love for us in that while we wer...
